Moore's specializes in custom vintage engine rebuilding for classic cars. These projects require a deep understanding of past engine technologies that is only learned through decades of experience. After hundreds of rebuilds and hundreds of satisfied customers, we feel safe to say that we are the experts in this market. From muscle cars to Model-T's to Flat Head and L-Head engines, we have seen nearly everything out of our doors and into cars that make their owners proud. We love vintage engines and do everything we can to keep them and the vehicles they are in on the road for the long haul.

Getting your engine to us isn't as tough as you might think, even if you are out of the Northern California area. If you are local, you can drop the engine off during normal business hours. If you aren't, follow these steps:
Call us at (530) 823-5481 to discuss your project. We'll need to get an idea of what you are wanting to do and we can give you an estimate.
Several companies sell crates for engine shipments. We recommend Endural and Scribner Plastics. Once you receive the crate, drop your engine in and seal it.
After you have your engine crated and we receive a good faith deposit, call us and we will arrange for your engine to be picked up by a freight company.
We'll contact you when we receive your engine and after that, let us take care of the rest! We'll ship the engine back to you as soon as our job is finished.
If you have any questions or would like more information, don't be afraid to call us at (530) 823-5481 or Contact Us.
